Diagnostics are a flat service call. Common tasks like outlets, switches and fans are flat rates. Projects like panel upgrades, rewiring, EV chargers and generators receive a fixed written quote. You approve every price before work begins.
Nights, weekends and holidays may carry a dispatch fee. We tell you the number on the phone before sending a technician.
